CDS 2027 Eligibility: Do You Qualify?

Before filling out the UPSC application, it is vital to check if you meet the CDS 2027 eligibility criteria. UPSC is very strict regarding age and physical standards.

Educational Requirements

• IMA & OTA: Any graduate can apply.
• INA: Requires an Engineering degree.
• AFA: Requires a degree with Physics and Maths at 10+2 level, or a B.E./B.Tech degree.

Age Limits (Tentative for 2027)

• IMA: Born not earlier than 2nd Jan 2004 and not later than 1st Jan 2009.
• OTA: Born not earlier than 2nd Jan 2003 and not later than 1st Jan 2009.

Final year students can apply, provided they produce proof of passing by the date of commencement of the course.
